The plot of land on which the complex is to be built is part of a tourist area set out in the Palmela Municipal Master Plan.
It is intended that the Aparthotel will have a total of 54 accommodation units, with two-bedroom duplexes, one-bedroom apartments and studios, totaling 186 beds, and will include entertainment and restaurant spaces. The commercial area will have an area of 2 336.64 m2. The Aparthotel falls into the category of hotel establishments, respecting the parameters in force for the intended 4-star classification.
